This page covers trainworthy.com, our marketing site. The TrainWorthy app (app.trainworthy.com) is a different system with a different story, and it has its own policy. If you’re not signed into anything, this is the only page that applies to you.

The short version

There’s one form on this site. It becomes one email to us. There is no database.

What the form collects

Three things you type:

FieldRequired?
Work emailyes
Companyno
“What do you need trained?”no

And two things you don’t — because you shouldn’t have to find them out from the code:

Which page you asked fromIf you submit the form on a course page, the email tells us which course. That’s the only thing we learn about your visit, and it’s the thing that lets us answer you usefully.
Which form it wasEarly-access, or a course request.

That’s the whole list. We don’t ask for anything else, we don’t infer anything else, and nothing else rides along.

What happens to it

It becomes an email in a founder’s inbox. That’s it — that’s the entire pipeline.

We don’t sell it. We don’t share it. We don’t add you to anything you didn’t ask for. No model is trained on it. And we only email you about the thing you asked about.

What we can’t opt out of

Our host, Vercel, logs every request to this site with an IP address and a timestamp. That’s true of visiting any page here, form or no form, and it’s true of nearly every site you visit. We’re telling you because it’s true, not because we like it.

Cookies

We don’t set any. No analytics, no pixels, no trackers. If that ever changes, this page changes first, and you’ll get a real choice — not a banner engineered to be clicked through.

Your data

Want the email you sent us deleted? Reply to it, or write to hello@trainworthy.com, and say so. It’s an email in an inbox — deleting it is exactly as simple as it sounds. You can also ask what we have; the answer is “the email you sent us,” and we’ll forward it back to you.

When this changes

This page has a date on it, and it changes when the site changes — not the other way around.

Found something here that isn’t true? Tell us: hello@trainworthy.com. That’s the most useful message we get.
